Overview: Jerry Isensee

Jerry Isensee has had managerial, financial and project leadership responsibility during his 30+ years in business and education. As a school administrator, sales manager and CFO/COO/Dir of Human Resources, he has been deeply involved in personnel management, planning and budgeting. Currently Jerry is the CEO of Drake Mallard Consulting which focuses on working with businesses in the customer and employee development.

As an executive management team member, Jerry helped develop compensation and employee benefits programs; managed budget reductions, construction projects, business downsizing, and the selection and installation of IT and communication systems; and was an available and committed leader in solving personnel problems. His clients and employers have enjoyed time and cost savings as a result of Jerry's approach, attitude and leadership.

Jerry is a certified expert in Profiles International, a premier assessment tool used to support personnel decisionmaking, team building, organizational restructuring and executive planning and selection. Recent consulting engagements have been in small, medium and large businesses, in industries ranging from accounting, to real estate, hospitality and consulting.

Jerry has consistently demonstrated the rare ability to bring order and process to situations with many variables, and to find the correct path in new and unknown territories. He deals well with uncertainty, adapting the processes while keeping an eye on the objective.

Jerry is active in the community as a member of the Twin West Chamber Ambassadors and the Wayzata Chamber. He has served as past board member of Wayzata Country Club, President of the Wayzata Youth Hockey, Board member of the Wayzata Chamber and supports other civic organizations.

Jerry received his undergraduate degree in Education from Winona State University, his Masters in Educational Administration from Minnesota State Mankato and Post Graduate Courses towards a Doctorate of Educational Administration at Minnesota State Mankato.
