Craig Stroinski focuses on client cost reduction and productivity improvement. He provides strategies for employee benefits integration and absence management.

Craig's background includes senior management leadership at Sedgwick CMS. During his ten years at Sedgwick, a third party claim administrator, the organization grew revenues by 600% the majority of the growth being organic. He led the areas of organizational development, quality, product management, training, managed care, call center operations and business intelligence. He also worked with a number of Fortune 500 clients in the development and results measurement of integrated disability programs.

Prior to joining Sedgwick Craig held senior level positions at The General Electric Company and their insurance company, Electric Insurance. Initially he was responsible for all GE commercial claims in the U.S. Following that he joined GE's Corporate Benefit staff and led the design through implementation of their integrated benefits program.

Earlier in this career Craig held various management positions with CIGNA Property & Casualty Company. Focused on claim operations he developed and implemented the first of their regional workers' compensation claim operations and was responsible for regional claim operations in multiple offices.

Craig has also: conducted benchmarking, best practices, and process improvement activities; championed a number of Six Sigma projects; led due diligence reviews on potential investments and acquisitions; identified partnership opportunities to expand product offerings; and led an information technology study, from a user perspective, to develop business requirements for task-based system enhancements.

Craig earned his Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and received his Master's in Business Administration from Boston University, with concentration in operations and finance.
